- Limiting reverts per user per page? Automoderator can optionally only revert a given user a specific number of times per page per 24 hours. Should this be configured, and if so how many reverts?
Probably something like 3 reverts per user per page per day? If it's a good faith editor, there's the risk of no one appearing for timely help if Automoderator wouldn't stop reverting. If it's a vandal, it should get reported to global sysops / stewards, so it's probably better to stop reverting in order to allow xwiki patrollers (e.g. SWViewer users) to notice the vandal.

I am not sure what has happened with my account now, but it is a complete mess. Months ago I have attached my Wikitech account Aneisenigel with my SUL account Ameisenigel. Now this connection has been removed and my account Ameisenigel has been renamed to Ameisenigel~labswiki. Instead my old account Sewepb that I have not used since many years has been renamed to Ameisenigel and connected with my SUL account. Please undo this. Thanks.
Yes, the Wikidata model would be a good option.

Done for all GS wikis except huwikinews since this wiki is closed and cannot be edited.

Could this magic word be used through a template as well?

As far as I know some members of the Wikimania Steering Committee have been getting access to this wiki earlier this year, so I assume that it is used again. But as I said on 29 December last year, I do no longer need access to the wiki.

Could we re-open this Task? According to https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Access_to_nonpublic_personal_data_policy/Exceptions the legal issue should be resolved.

From my WF experience I would expect it to open in French (the specified language in the URL would beat the one set in the preferences). Not sure what would be the best solution.
If uselang is defined in the URL there are no problems.
If I visit https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Z10954 and click the edit button, I am at https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Z10954?action=edit&uselang=en altough my interface language is set to German

@Varnent: Could you do this for foundationwiki?
Sep 1 2024
This might result from the actual revert on the translation subpage that is reflected on the translated page.

You need access to the Cloud VPS project wikispore. See https://openstack-browser.toolforge.org/project/wikispore

Is this weird diff related to this issue: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Diff/2147483647/2154896250?title=Q82991796 ?
It is a mixture of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q82991796 and https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:QuickStatements

I do not know that task, but it does not make much sense for me to create a wiki without really knowing what the purpose of this wiki should be.

foundationwiki has been SUL-ified in T205347 and that was not such a long time ago. But Wikitech might be a bit more difficult.

It works if you have another interface language. I have German as my interface language in my global settings and can access the log.

The pages in Translation: namespace are autopatrolled, the translated page itself is not autopatrolled.
I have patrolled the edits manually. You can see what I have patrolled in my patrol log.
I asked one person from the Committee and that person did not even know about the existence of the wiki.
I just noticed that some edits by https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:FuzzyBot need to be patrolled as well.

It was not resolved, but since Wikimania 2023 is already over I do no longer need access. I just want to add that I think that such wikis are quite useless if nobody is able to give access to other users.

This also happens when you are using transwiki import. Today I imported https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhagesDB at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhagesDB and you can see many empty revisions in the page history where you should find deleted revisions instead.

This problem also occurs for autopatrollers:
Charidri is an autopatroller since 8 October but I still needed to patrol their edits from today.

Translation from the base page (e.g. https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Home) works fine.
