@Shreyansh123 , thanks for coming forward to work on this task, you need to generate icon by following instructions at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/operations/mediawiki-config/%2B/refs/heads/master/logos/ , you may not need to create new icon as current logo can be used to generate icon

merging two accounts is not possible, you can request username change to match your SUL username of account at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/2024_Migrating_Wikitech_Account_to_SUL/Rename_requests , since I don't see any recent activity on that page pinging @Ladsgroup , @taavi , @bd808 who used to process such requests

@taavi I have updated reason for requesting wiki in task description, public-facing presence of usergroup will remain on Meta-Wiki more private policy pages will be conducted on new private wiki

i have created patch for updating wordmark, sitename and projectnamespace will schedule this changes on Monday backport window, but I could change old vector skin logos due to error similar to T405169

Edit: Terribly sorry I didn't realise that the logo should be in SVG format. I thought the Wiktionary-logo-nia.png was enough.

Please give me a bit more time to modify the Wiktionary-logo2-nia.png file, that is used as the site logo at the moment

Edit 2: If this wait is disruptive to the ongoing workflow, please change the sitename. Our community can file a separate request for logo change in the future.

Same issue here https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/courses/Kannada_language_workshop/Wikimedia_project_workshops where campaign stats doesn't display results from wikisource namespaces & noticed it also doesn't display stats for Portal namespace in Kannada Wikipedia.
