Agreed during our staff meeting that @JAufrecht @MBinder_WMF and @Quiddity should be added as ops for the channel (adding @Quiddity so we have a non-TPGer avaialble in the event we're all otherwise unable to do OPsy things). I'll make the changes later today or tomorrow; Nick if you'd rather not be OP'd just lemme know :)
I added a topic to the TPG staff mtg agenda for today - if we come up with a list of who should be OPd, I'm happy to make it happen :)

The finished statement has been published on mw.o and the draft template from the page removed. @Pginer-WMF is drafting an announcement for relevant mailing lists to go out tomorrow.
@Qgil we are done! The CLs helped coordinate and manage the community feedback portion of the effort, which is now complete. I am removing the Team Practices tag from this ticket - please feel free to resolve on your end as you see fit given your workflow.

- when there is no A/V available
- a more refined/clarified rubric of size

Based on the recent org change conversation between @JAufrecht, @KLans_WMF, and myself, we agreed to continue meeting monthly to informally discuss organizational change-y stuff, putting the rest of this initiative on hold. I've set up the next conversation and am planning to discuss with the team at the next staff meeting, in the meantime, I am marking this epic as resolved.
Thanks @ksmith - I just sent an email to OIT describing the issue, and linked to this ticket so they can see the conversation happening here. Moving to "in progress" on this week's board.

@JAufrecht I like where you're going with this, perhaps breaking this into:
- How valuable is it to you to be able to see metrics and generate reports on your Phabricator tasks? (range 1-5)
- Do you currently use another method to visualize metrics or generate reports on your Phabricator tasks? If so, what do you do/use?
