I found these templates from this page in arwp https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%AA%D8%B5%D9%86%D9%8A%D9%81:%D9%82%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A8_%D8%B5%D9%8A%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%A9_%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AD%D8%AA%D9%88%D9%89
@Superzerocool I see an edit conflict—let me know when you’re done. :)

Yes, of course -@ifried I don't limit events to 3 categories, I divide them into 3, which gives a clear idea of the events and what they are for - categorization can take several approaches, not only that, but what I can tell you is that you still have to decide which approach would be the most effective and easiest for the community.

Hello
I had created a list a long time ago in discussion with the community to establish that event deserves to be admitted for announcements in arWp's local central notice.
the list thus consisted of 43 types of events

Thank you, @ifried , for this thorough response!
- Indeed, the first point seems complicated; I will bring it up with the community.
- As for the second point regarding the ability to modify the welcome message, for an initial step, developers could simply leave the task procedure as it is, with the exception of adding the link to the chat room in the welcome message if the organizer has included it. Of course, they can send it in a separate message, but the organizer requested it, and I think it makes sense to include it in the welcome message without developing message modification functionality at this time.
- For the third point, I meant that the organizer can select the preferred way to contact each participant, so we can stop once we hit the 20-message-per-day limit, which does not require permission rights.
- As for the last point, I believe it's separate from this task, but I added it nonetheless because it's an important one to consider: finding a way to display events based on their creation wiki, in addition to the target wiki or separately.

Yes...
The release of invitation lists on Arabic Wikipedia is a long-awaited step. Launching it now, especially with all the ongoing events planning, is a great move. I believe it will help grow the community of organisers in arabic wiki. There are no immediate concerns, and I look forward to hearing feedback from the community.
This tool is already part of the community’s policy and was discussed at the WikiArabia conference. Many participants have asked to try it out, which shows its value.

We could go one step further
the user is on a local wiki and navigates to Special
by default it displays local events
A drop-down list field lets you view events globally or by project or language.

The challenge is to allow free access to change event titles, since every organizer has the freedom to change or modify the titles of his events at any time.
Except that with the Event tool or other tools that want to create links with the Dashboard, this implies a fixed URL or a reference if the URL can be modified, a redirection or any other solution that allows total freedom in the name of the event, taking care to preserve the link between the tools.

In addition to grouping users by 3 categories, this will not satisfy the thirst for finding the right participant.
I suggest a broader view
based on the assumption that the list of articles already exists in the desired language, because I remember the case of creating a non-existent article or one to be translated.

- What about those that register after an event registration has been enabled but before the campaign starting?
Yes, some event organizers may ask participants to create their account before registering for the event,
It is a good idea to consider that a new account was created less than a week ago and that it has been modified less than 10 times, for example.
