Thanks for the reply. I guess that effectively closes the issue at this level at least.

Second comment. I notice there is something odd in the stat report you kindly gave m. The name change was made ''very'' late in the DYK day. After the name change the number of views crashes to 710 with 20 edits, but before the change there are nearly 23,000 views and only 2 edits. Surely it should show 22,789 edits and 20 edits?

Good point. Still. to get the true stat, you would have to know that the article title had been changed, and add it onto the query. This of course will not happen in the future, in time knowledge of the name change will be effectively buried under the weight of future edits mounting up. The score does not move with the title change, its effectively lost. A more important article will be affected by this phenomena, recently ''Windjammers'' was changed to ''Iron-hulled sailing ship''. That's a very old, fairly popular, higher trafficked article, It's a kind of a bug. ~~~~

I've just notice this may not be our problem. when I bring up the page in MS Edge or Internet Explorer it is correct as fixed by Jayprakash12345. However when I open it up in Google Chrome it isn't. The page will not refresh to the current page no matter what I do. If i go back to the Wikimedia page and type in "St Georges Hospital tooting" (which is not the CAT name: St Georges Hospital London) as a search it shows me the wrong (outdated) photo. Click on it and it shows me the page for the file unchanged by Jayprakash12345. Refresh the URL at the top and it still shows the old page. Copy the URL into Edge and bing shows the correct page. Copy the same URL again into a new CHROME page and it shows the wrong page. Really don't know what to make of it Chrome refuses to update no matter what on this particular page. I went into the file history clicked on the latest copy and still it shows the outdated copy of the file. Any ideas?

I just looked at this page / file again. Jayprkash had kindly sorted it out on 17 Nov.
However its still a problem?
While it looks fixed if I access it using the link in the email sent to me. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:St._George%27s_Hospital,_Tooting,_from_Nutwell_St._-_geograph.org.uk_-_1019781.jpg
If you then go into the main site (independent of the e-mail and look up the photo you will see it is not fixed.
