This also happens in Firefox. It probably affects all Wikisources (I have checked English and Ukrainian)

Thank you, but I do not think this needs any discussion at all. Since this issue is closer to a bug because Source tab is not shown when content is transcluded on a page.
Archive namespace is used to transclude content just like a main namespace or Translation namespace in other wikis. There is an example, which I linked, in the comment. Archive namespace was created specifically to contain documents from various Archives and gradually there will be more and more of proofread pages

Please, turn on Source tab on namespace 116 "Архів" (Archive) in Ukrainian Wikisource. It is also used to transclude content. Example https://w.wiki/GLLr

There are some efforts to parse various Wiktionaries, but those are mostly the biggest Wiktionaries. Maybe, this issue can be cooperated with them?

In my opinion, French version seems to be the most accessible to the average user.
Are there any plans to implement this feature?
It would be very useful for users. Currently, Wiktionary is not very convenient because it shows all the languages at the same time, while the average user might only need one or two. It is especially inconvenient when there a quite a lot of languages on a page and user needs to scroll every time to find the specific language he needs.

Wiki now has built-in link shortener. Can we force CiteThisPage to use shortened link by default rather than current ones?

The issue has disappeared on Mozilla Firefox 124 on Linux Mint. I can now input new symbols after text recognition.

@Soda the problem seems to be connected with the browser I use. This issue is present only in the Mozilla Firefox.
I've tried using Transkribus from the Brave browser on Linux Mint and it worked fine.

@Soda yes. But it looks just like a normal editing page. Nothing out of ordinary. I just can't add any new characters, though I can delete them. Only after saving and opening edit, it works again

@Samwilson Thank you, I will try Calibre. I needed ODT because I translate public domain books from Belarusian to Ukrainian and it is the most convenient format for me. Also, I do alignment of bilingual text for parallel corpora and such format would be more convenient for segmentation, but I guess, RTF might work too (txt doesn't fit well especially for poetry).
