Blueteck added a comment to T128993: SyntaxHighlight not working on MediaWiki 1.26+ (due to SELinux?).
This fixed it for me:
- rename pygmentize to pygmentize.py
- set the $wgPygmentizePath Variable in your LocalSettings.php.
