It seems this database contains populated places of different sizes, some of them being a subpart of another (for example Primavera is part of Oranjestad). Unfortunately we have no way to find what level each item is. According to the aboce link to codes, here are the meaning of the three ones we considered:
PPL - populated place: a city, town, village, or other agglomeration of buildings where people live and work
PPLL - populated locality: an area similar to a locality but with a small group of dwellings or other buildings
PPLC - capital of a political entity (there is only one of these: Oranjestad)

Here is a small script to get molecular mass from chemical formula (with aceton as an example). It uses the python package periodic to get the element masses (pip install periodic to get it)
