Thanks Elliott! Two tiny edits in the footer text (I put in bold what needs to be changed) :

Hi there Dallas!
Feb 24 2020
Tested HE email and looks good for production, thanks for updating Elliott!

Ah!! es-LATAM Spanish-- thanks for confirming :)
It could be! Either way, I am super happy to adhere to this CLDR standard. Thank you for forwarding the documentation :)

Hi @Ejegg !
The currency format standard I checked against is here https://www.paymotion.com/ecommerce-blog/how-to-format-prices-in-different-countries/ BUT definitely not the end-all; I noticed there's genuinely a lot of contradicting info depending on where you get the standards from; so I am super happy to keep using the CLDR standards that you have used in the past. Would you please be able to share so I can refer to it for future campaigns and also share with our QA specialist John?
Just as FYI we need all three of these in production for the Big Bundle campaign. Main campaign launch is March 17th. Thank you!
@Eileenmcnaughton Thank you Eileen!
Just flagging that it looks like Portuguese Portugal was pushed through, although I noted above that it needed a small edit. Did that currency symbol get updated prior to pushing to production?

NOTE I'm unsure if Dutch (NL) is part of this batch of 16 files, because there's a separate phab task for Dutch here (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T238736); so I am suspicious that it is not a part of this bundle of 16.
Update: Elliott has restored the 16 emails to staging. Thank you Elliott!
Hi Yall! I'm sending myself test emails today from the staging testmeister as I have previously; however as of today, the new TY emails that I had originally pushed to staging are no longer in staging? Please let me how best to proceed. I cannot proof them if they are no longer in staging.
Hi Eileen! The languages that have been deployed are not part of these 16 languages. Yes we are still tracking via this phab (for the 16 languages that are part of Big Bundle). My #1 priority for today is to proof these emails and confirm by EOD if any edits are necessary before pushing to production. Will let you know. thanks!
Not usual process that non-English readers get this email. This issue was resolved by the email team by fixing the URL parameter. This translation ask has been added to the queue for consideration for FY2021 translation budget.

Hi team. Quick clarification, when do you need any changes finalized in staging in order to push to production by our Big Bundle Banners Pre-Test date of March 3? Please let me know so I can plan to have all reviews completed before then. Thank you!
Feb 12 2020
Hi everyone! Just to clarify-- is this a FY2021 translation ask on our end, or will Translate Wiki folks be taking care of the rest of the languages?
Feb 10 2020
Precisely, thank you! I will confirm after proofing when each one is ready for production. Thank you very much!
Thank you for following up Elliott! Apologies for the delay. I will have our translation reviewers proof the test emails, and I will confirm when ready to be pushed to production.

Ok, thank you Eilieen! I will bump this again once I have pushed the
commits to Gerrit
Ok no worries :) Last question-- should I make a separate phab task for
each language/commit? Or can one suffice?
I think so. Does this mean in order to do so, I need to start over and
commit each language separately?
@Eileenmcnaughton Sounds good thank you! Is it okay if I proof/approve one language at a time? Is it possible to push just two files (1 Subject Line + 1 Body) to production? Or would it have to be done altogether?

Confirming test email looks good.
Got it-- email looks great! :)
Hi Elliott! Same here. I received the test email but it is of the old Swedish thank you email with the old Swedish subject line. Please let me know how best to proceed. Thank you!
Hi Elliott! I received the test email but it is of the old IT thank you email with the old IT subject line. I know the new IT Thank you email is in a separate patch (recently updated yesterday). As for the subject line, please let me know how best to proceed. Thank you!

Thank you, Elliott! I see there are some unnecessary, extra line breaks in
the signature between Katherine and Katherine Maher. I'll need to make
those edits tomorrow.

oh neat! I thought we had a permissions blocker, but if that's not the case, I am happy to test out the new process !
