Definitely for our English language countries. Corporate matching is mostly a feature of US-based companies, but we know some of the larger companies have staff in many locations.

I think so....we should probably send a note to Civi users that the Last Name search in the Quick Search field does not work, and if you want to search by last name, you should just use the Name search. I haven't tested the First Name Search.

Everything seems to have been fixed, with the exception of the Last Name search. It still returns no results even when it should. @LeanneS - are you having the same issue?
Leanne's got issues too....i think it's safe to say that the Quick Search bar is generally misbehaving...

I can't reproduce this consistently anymore either (I could last week, but can't this week). @DStrine in that case, is it best to close it for now and I can re-open if I run into this again and am able to reproduce it?

Same issue trying to save a url into the Bio field on the prospect Tab of CID 23740628. I can save regular text into that same field.

I had closed all my Civi tabs about 5 min ago, and then just tried to open up a new one (6:04pm local time). It took 49 seconds to load. It had loaded fairly quickly all day, up until this point.
+1. Along with de-dupe, this project would give us more of the longitudinal data that will help us understand donors' full experience with us. I think its essential information for securing future support.

Apologies if we're not totally up on the standard protocol here and didn't give enough context. This request is in conjunction with the annual fundraiser going on right now, where we experience extremely high volume of messages in a short period of time. We made an adjustment earlier in the year as to how benefactors@ was routed, but it's now clear that the impact of that decision creates a problem with our workflows, and we're asking for assistance routing emails to this address back through ZenDesk. Please let us know if more context or details would be helpful. We still requesting that this change happen ASAP.

Hi All -- Can you share an ETA on this? We're triaging a high volume of email to benefactors@ right now via gmail, which is really cumbersome. Getting these messages into ZenDesk is going to make things better for our FR staff and for donors. Thanks!

Adding data here bc it makes me feel like I'm providing good info while waiting for the page to load:
For further context, a bunch of reminders are effectively broken at this time. Some of these reminders are for things like "submit grant report by X date" or "apply for renewed funding by X date." Having these be broken is a problem that could cost us money & relationships. Sprint +1 is fine, but I wouldn't want to push it out past then.
