Since arbitrators often have to double-check admin decisions, I think it's very important that there are non-admin arbitrators. As a result of bugs, arbitrators lack the rights they need to do their job, which is annoying.

@Kizule — can you provide link to "FormatDates" extension mentioned in this task?
There is no need in new format data-mw-datetime="20110606220634" - we can use ISO 8601 / Unix time / JD
There can be need in some stringFormat parameter instead only date/time/datetime.

SHORTDESC is a terrible thing - it blocks cross-project work. This mechanism should be removed, not expanded.

I am sorry that I started using the phabricator as my TODO list, perhaps I will incorrectly indicate the project to which this task belongs. If I am mistaken, please correct me. I hope that the presence of this task here will motivate me to structure my efforts and complete it faster.

If there may be some issues with additional rights for bureaucrat usergroup and this useful rights that admin have would be better to assign to other usergroup - than such a usergroup can be called arbitrator(s), in russian - арбитр(ы). And bureaucrats need to have a ability to assign this new usergroup to users, please.
Yes, they will be able to see anything, but if they will do so - it will be logged.
(Adamant discovered that undelete has deletedtext in it).

@Aklapper — if what I am talking about above is impossible, then another way would be to remove the administrator's rights deletedhistory, deletedtext, undelete and browsearchive.
then we will need, apparently, the old extension for oversight rights
Could you elaborate, please?

Oh, yes, thanks, @ppelberg - it is definitely a Content Translation bug, not simply a VisualEditor issue.

Where it was discussed, what will be shown instead of the ip-address? It would be nice if it was some kind of hash that allows, by the similarity of pseudo-nicknames (we must somehow understand that a person writes from the same address) to establish that this is either one subnet or close subnets.

In ruwiki we have Template:Source-ref that can be used to transform a suitable element into the text of a footnote.

Yes, we wouldn't have many users in this group, so mailman mailing list functionality may be excessive for us.
It seems that creation of broad mailing list may need to community aproval first, but we do need ability to get letters for all ArbCom on one fixed adress, so I changed the task. Hope it is ok.

I get this error quite often, but not every time in the described conditions, as I understand it for other users, it also happens, but perhaps less often.
