I was unable to reproduce this @ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/history/1356/diff/prev/35721, and I imagine if there were a bug causing filters to get unhidden it would've gotten caught sooner. Perhaps you inadvertently hit the button while going down to the save button?
