I am not 100% familiar with Phabricator, but I have marked the task as invalid. The task description is based on a false premise (formulated from my misunderstanding). The title Enhance search within Citoid's "Re-use" tab is very general and the description and dsicussion did not apply.

Thanks @JTannerWMF. Indeed it is only non-namespace talk pages, such as [[Wikpedia:Help desk]], [[Wikpedia:Teahouse]], [[Wikipedia;Village pump]] etc. I have updated the task title. I couldn't find the overarching task covering basic support for these pages. T278838 is close, but no mention of apps and DiscussionTools or non-namespace talk pages.

I will add that if I Cntrl-Shift-R (hard reload) in Firefox on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Data:Poecilia_distribution.map it briefly shows the broken version with missing markers and fuzzy resolution, then refreshes an instant later with the correct version and sharp resolution.

I don't understand why this bug is "Closed, Resolved", the issue persists.

[edit] If I live and always upload in Iceland (without FoP) but I holiday in Ireland (with FoP) and take some photos whilst there, when I return home to upload the warning message will be erroneous - unnecessarily discouraging upload. Can the coordinates of the file be checked instead?
