You can occupy one of the many tables that are in the corridor of the Södra Huset building. All others, that wanted to have a table, will there be as well. I'm attaching a photo.

Just as a note:
Despite being logged in all other projects, I always have to log in separately on Wikidata. It hasn't worked over the last months (~9 at least, I'd say).

Indeed, we have asked same / similar questions in the registration form for the Wikimedia Conference. Additionally, we use a lot of tools (on-/offline) to enhance exchange & social interaction among participants.
