Color use is not recommended in the headers and sections, so just increased the font size in h2 headers and added icons. Also, added a header to the fund page.

For the page look, I added a nice timeline but will also make the page nicer on Monday.

Hi @leila I may be missing something but why should the page show Stage 2 proposals? The page shows the final state of the program, i.e. the list of funded and not funded applications. If you want to have a separate section for the applications that made to Stage 2 but haven't been funded, I will have to review the list again and re-categorize Stage 2 applications. Please let me know.

1. The system allows to mark grant requests as "not funded" on that specific review stage. Although this feature was not available for program officers. We added that permission for program officers.
2. We also marked your grant request as "not funded". It will be updated with that status soon.
