I've got a RESTbase docker container happily running using RESTbase 0.16.9 and node:9.
I very often get this error but usually only when cloning the extension UniversalLanguageSelector from gerrit. Sometimes it works after a few tries, often it doesn't:

MW 1.26 is now old, this information might be of use to others but is unlikely to be worth pursuing.
@Jdforrester-WMF Yes, they are all in the same file repo.

The syntax in MobileFrontend to achieve this has changed. The following works with Mediawiki 1.28

Thanks @Ryan.lewkowicz this looks like a great piece of work. I have separately been creating quite a complex docker system to orchestrate containers. I'm very interested in having a look at your work.

I think this is a great initiative and wish I'd noticed it earlier.

It really would be nice to note in the RSS extension page that extracting any image information from the RSS feed is not possible.

Closing to be nice and tidy.

I've done some testing:

I have a little spare time later this week and would like to look at this issue. Do you have any hints on how I could diagnose it? I have modest skills and may very likely fail but I am interested :-)

I've tested a little more.
Hmmm where I mention "semantic-mediawiki" above, that would be "lingo" for installation via Composer. Doh!

And also, FWIW, the TemplateData extension
Interesting. I have persisted with this problem for 3-4 months.

Yes, problem is on private wiki. In general I have issues with Mediawiki on account of this. I wonder how well it's been covered in any automated tests...

Possibly T73849 is a duplicate and in particular this comment below may help, but I'm not sure exactly how. I've tried adding http://user@pw:localhost to the parsoid configuration file and while VE still works, Collection works no better. I'm inclined to think the problem here is not parsoid as VE seems to be fine.
Initially I thought I had overlooked some of the Collection documentation associated with mwlib (http://mwlib.readthedocs.org/en/latest/collection.html#password-protected-wikis) and that if wgCollectionMWServeCredentials was set it would help, however this had no impact.
A little more information. This is a TurnkeyLinux machine running Debian 8.2 on a LAMP installation.

Thank you again. I confirm Mathoid now working well on MW 1.26 . Really appreciate the cleanup of the Math extension page, now feels simple, clean and concise. Also easy for non-technical users to install with the available Mathoid server.
Thank you all for your attention to this report and for modifying the Extension:Math page.
