I'm encountering the issue with the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox. See versions and release dates below. The issue I'm experiencing only started recently. We have multiple users using this site and who have been using it fine until recently. I'll see about testing on an older Mac with an older version of either browser.

Thanks for working on this. The issue is that I'm unable to login using a 'local' MediaWiki account once I've enabled the LDAPAuthorization extension on a wiki site. If I disable the LDAPAuthorization extension then "local" logins work fine.
