Hi team, I've recently handled a VRT ticket (Ticket#2021123010001086) on this issue, and gained consent from the customer to share their thoughts in what I hope is a useful testimony to further inform decision making here. @awight, if you're unsuccessful with getting feedback from WikiBlind users, I'm sure this customer would be happy to share more specific thoughts on +/- of any proposed systems or to provide examples that work well.

Would also be helpful to have a 'remember this device' option - 2FA on every single login seems quite extreme and presumably adds too much friction for the average user.
