Have submitted a second translation a couple of days ago. My pull request hasn't been accepted yet though. Will make sure the Swedish translation is complete and decent next week, even if I don't work at WMSE any longer.
Created a ToC and rough outline. Filled in some parts. Have done what I can and have time to.
Have done what I can and have time to here.
I have to leave this task unfinished. However, my recommendation is basically that, in order to avoid time- and energy consuming bureaucracy, WMSE shouldn't not as a rule hire non-EU/EEC people. Sub-contracting outside of EU/EEC is straightforward though - it's a business contract as any.
And here's where I have to leave this task. De-facto our colleague is working from Norway since a few months.
And that's where I have to leave this task.
And this is where I need to leave this task.
Have added invitation to tender and the offer we received in https://docs.google.com/document/d/10JFfEL2VLdZONlVcMlTbtUOrJSjb3DnBUldogsz0wm0/edit?usp=sharing
Product Plan, version 0.3, https://docs.google.com/document/d/10JFfEL2VLdZONlVcMlTbtUOrJSjb3DnBUldogsz0wm0/edit?usp=sharing contains a suggested development process. It has been reviewed by @Lokal_Profil but not discussed with @Jopparn or WMF.
Introduction mail sent.

Have add FR's and BV's feedback to the document and briefly commented on it. That's all I have time for.
The answer was: none beyond the templates they have available on their site for member.s
Reassigning to John for further reassignation! :-)
Marking this as invalid. I'm not sure it serves a purpose and in any case I won't be here to write it.
Reassigning back to John for further reassignation! :-)

Shared doc now closed for comments. Received no meaningful feedback.
Have closed the document for comments. No meaningful feedback received either in-document, on Facebook or on the GLAMWiki maling list. Marking this as done, at least as far as I'm concerned (as tomorrow is my last working day).
Have had a conversation with John about them. Marking this as done.
Have updated the test plan to make it possible to execute the evaluation in my absence. This is as much as I have time to prep before my last workday! Link to the draft test plan (version 0.2), https://docs.google.com/document/d/1shc3KKgblzz9_zsfdsTGK_BfdDiQeSthxJMlT7i_-Ik/edit?usp=sharing

Sent info to DJ at the the Swedish Performing Arts Agency.
I think I've come as far as I can in this quick scan. Most funders have not yet release their plans for 2021. Until they have this can't be properly investigated.
Swedish government agency Tillväxtverket, who finances the Swedish National Heritage Board's cultural heritage incubator, does not have any planned calls at the moment, https://tillvaxtverket.se/eu-program/stockholm/utlysningar-stockholm.html
Have notified our partners in the application.
Done by @Lokal_Profil !

This call https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/opportunities/topic-details/dt-transformations-24-2020 could possibly be an opportunity, but I fear a project proposal focusing only on GLAMWiki-collaboration may be viewed as weak!? In any case, have mailed @Jopparn and @Lokal_Profil some thoughts about this call.
