I've also experienced this on Mi A2 Lite (Android One 10) with 2.7.50381. I've had about 40 tabs opened a week before, now the tab overview is empty. I've been logged in.

Our guess is the percentage of thumbnails impacted is quite low.

The zoom level in both browsers (Chrome and Firefox) is set to 100 %. Sorry for the priority triage, I thought it's ok to do so.
