If I am working on a patch that only touches three files, it feels unnecessary to run composer fix on ALL files, rather than just the ones which I changed.
I am open to being talked out of this ticket. I do feel, why lint something that hasn't been changed? What's the motivation there?

I thought it would be helpful to be able to run composer fix on one file at a time. Do you think the productivity gains from that would be less than the amount of time/effort it would take to make this change?

Thanks, @Sgs! I agree that it would be better to refactor the interface to use Vue to render the header and subheader. That would make styling much easier. If people agree, we could make a separate task for that work.
