From the paper discussed, we see that translations are more likely to occur
from larger language usage to smaller language usage. It is also noted that
larger language editions have more editors,more active editors, and
administration than smaller language editions.
Therefore my informed guess would be that as an "editing Wikipedian":

Click on the link, when it takes you to the page , there is an icon of three small dash you see on your right hand side at the top. Click on the icon and you will see "Edit Tàsk" select that option and you are ready to add your own contributions.

Hi @Emile Daisy. Welcome to the platform. There is a link at the top of this page with the heading "discription" and a sub-heading "Important" with a red background. You will see the text "Zulip". Just click on the word and you are in!
Meanwhile you will see on this same page a list of Microtasks to be done, pick the ones you want and start working on them. Other applicants have already started working on the tasks but don't let that overwhelm you.
