@Lars I imported a Benevity file. This is import 3503. It successfully imported, but I can't see the error. Apologies if I should have held off on a second import.

I looked over the test import. It looks good. The "workplace giving" and "matched Gift" in the soft credit field are flipped. The matched gift should be on the company donation, and workplace giving should be on the individual.

I haven't had this issue repeat since I put in the phab task.

Originally the information about the error was not available, but later we were able to see why. We merged and imported it. We will continue to monitor this as we do more imports.
