I should mention that our version does have a feature that sort of accomplishes this, which I've started using: on a ticket, go to People -> Customer, and it will bring up a list of tickets from that address. However, that still requires an agent to check each time; it would be much better if the information were displayed automatically.

No objection from the OTRS admins. It's always a little sad when we move things to Google Groups, as a matter of both using non-free software and having data stored externally, but, at the end of the day, the most important thing is that these emails get handled in a timely fashion, and it seems like this will help accomplish that better than our current setup.

I think the issue was /etc/logrotate.d/mediawiki-debug. I've removed it.
