I've read through it now, making changes using the suggestions mode. I've not deleted any of the grey or highlighted text.
@Evelina-Bang-WMSE Can you look at adding an acceptance checkbox (see T227740#5332234) with a text along the lines of "Genom att använda detta kontaktformulär godkänner jag att mina personuppgifter används i enlighet med <Integritetspolicyn>." Finally a prefix should be added to the e-mails so that we know they come from the webpage contact form (probably good to also filter them into a separate inbox to facilitate with the Rensningsrutin).
Step 1: investigating which tracking options are mandatory at our Mailchimp pricing tier (clicks and opens used to be mandatory in free tiers).
We can opt out of tracking clicks and opens.
Step 2: figure out if these are acceptable and/or if we want/need any other
If we choose to track clicks and opens, we can use the information to evaluate the newsletter. Opens allows us to see if people are reading the newsletter, and clicks will let us know what content is interesting. This should give us enough information to keep developing the newsletter.
Step 3: ensure e-mail footer contains all the relevant information.

One option is to link to the sign up form. It's just a form, so it doens't look like our website, but it doesn't look like another website either.
Another option is to create a landing page, which gives us more options, like adding pictures.
WMF have confirmed that 6000 are needed, and that it's better if they don't have the extra stub.

Have we received any note about the dimensions of the labels @Eric_Luth_WMSE? (The Dymo we have, use 12 mm labels but those aren't really labels, and you can't print to it from a computer.)
Mailchimp has limited the number of audiences allowed with a free account to one. We have more than one audience because we created them before this limit was set. Mailchimp recommends having one audience and maintaining it by using tags or segments. We might want to delete some of our old audiences later on. For now, I used an old test audience and renamed it Wikimedia Sverige Nyhetsbrev and imported e-mail addresses to this. I've added the tag Nyhetsbrev to all audience members and the tag Test to some employees at WMSE.

I have no memory of this, but we received it 2018-10-29, it's number 77 in Diarium 2018.
I've forwarded a suggestion for a template to the info-address (including temporary but somewhat relevant headings).
The Generation have sent some documents now, and asked us to update them and send them back by mail. I've forwarded the documents to @Lokal_Profil
I've found a note about it in the contract, it's supposed to be signed separately - I've e-mailed them.
I've added a list of the post categories. There's a problem - it sorts by English, so categories starting with "ö" is in the middle of the list. My initial search for a solution has told me that we either need to install a plugin or edit the theme to fix this.

We can use this list to keep track of what action we have taken for each donation (e.g. "sent thank you e-mail" or "no contact information provided, no thank you sent".
We send an e-mail to the people who have given us their e-mail address along with the donation.
At the moment, I update the list with information about which payments I've registered via Zynatic and which Opad will need to register, and send the list back to them. If I save the lists in Drive I can use them to keep track of information about sent thank you-messages.
If we want to, we could send a text message the Swish number that has sent the donation, if there is no e-mail address.

The new computers have been added to the inventory list. An updated inventory list has been to the insurance company, who have sent us a new insurance statement and an invoice.
