Please add this info about what has and what hasn't been included to the page (i.e. a method section) - so that people easily can assess if the content they are looking for will be listed there.
I believe I've added information about costs for all grant requests from 2019 now.

@Jopparn Do you remember anything about this, maybe an agreement that Gefvert offers Wikimedia Sverige membership rates if the executive director is a member? I haven't been able to find anything in diariet.

@Jopparn @Eric_Luth_WMSE When creating the page Samarbetsavtal, I realised we had more partners during Wikimania than the ones Tore had contact with and has sent me agreements from for diariet. Do either of you have e-mail agreements with the ones below? Maybe some of them are partners because they participated in the culture crawl, in that case @Tore_Danielsson_WMSE may have some more e-mails for me?

I sent Nordea an e-mail on December 5 after we had spoken to them on the phone about the Swish number not being the one we wanted. I haven't received a reply yet, so I called them today, December 10.
They were not able to give me any information about our accounts or orders, because I'm not an authorised representative. They said they would be able to fix the Swish number issue, but only if an authorised representative calls them. (They also wouldn't give me any information about whether the application for bankgiro had reached them despite having answered this question last week, they were probably getting suspicious of me because I asked so many questions about the accounts. So I'm not sure whether the application for bankgiro has reached them or not.)
@Jopparn will you have time to call Nordea some time during the week?
Resolved issue, included for information
The one I spoke to at Nordea on December 10 couldn't find any information about it being possible to have a Swish number that is the same as the 90-account number, and asked me to contact Swish about this. Swish don't have a support phone number, so I sent them an e-mail. They answered and said that we should try and contact Nordea again, because it is possible and it is set up via the bank.

I've added information about costs for these:
I've prepared an invoice for the operation and maintenance costs in Fortnox and asked Opad to have a look at it before we send it.
- agreements about cooperation are included
- letters of intent signed by both parties are included
- less formal agreements, such as agreements via e-mail, are included 
- agreements can be included even if they are VAT-projects
- letters of intent signed by only WMSE are not included
- contracts regarding project grants are not included.
This has now been enabled.
Is there anything left to do on this end?

We've sent Nordea the form for bankgiro on November 26, but they hadn't received it yet on December 4. They weren't surprised about this though, and asked us to check with them again in a couple of days.

@Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE @Jopparn I've added the information from Opad now. I've put a percentage of the total salary as paid by the project funding, and it's 0,01 SEK too much spent of the project funding now. I'm not sure if I should remove the extra costs from another post than salary instead, to avoid this problem. I'm still not sure about the "Ange vilken lön beräkningen grundar sig på och omfattningen" question, it it means they expect something other than the total cost for salary.
Could you phrase the question in the form of a short email that I can send to KB about this (with you in cc)?
