WMF stats added.

I have added the query times for Miraheze. While I am at it I will add in the WMF ones as well.

I would suggest a light blue color for the text. That should show up fine on the site.

I can begin working on this today. Not sure how long exactly it will take though.

In my opinion, just make it an SQLite database. That way it can be added to via IRC and easily managed. The current system is super inefficient.
