• It looks like the corner radius on the warning icon is smaller than it is on the original icon in Codex.
• The padding (esp on the right) of the text looks a little unbalanced vs. the rest of the chip

• The centering of the text in the success chip looks a bit low

I believe the task should come as close as possible to the original Figma design; it should be ok if it's not 100%. The differences between Penpot and Figma will make it quite hard to get an exact match.
