Hello, there on sr.wiki, some LTAs are exploiting public log entries of changes to private local abuse-filters.

As a long-term editor and an administrator on sr.wiki, I can confirm from direct experience that our "MediaWiki:Sitenotice" frequently accumulates multiple active notices (even up to 6–8 individual notices at times, that is), severely cluttering the mobile view for logged-in users and degrading readability.
