what do you need from ftp.nli.org.il . I can contact with them.
I can rename them to the same name that should be uploaded to Commons but it will be in my computer. I can use the excel file to create lines for command line --> copy xyz.jpg c:\aaa\bbb\abc.jpg.

The tool is cropping part of video clip, but I think it is good idea to crop only one a single frame with a button for single frame. I believe that cropping only one shot will processed quicker like CropTool.
I think that the license and author should be taken from the original file. As cropping a file does not gives copyright to the user that cropped the file and the original author have anyway atleast some copyright over the derivative version.

Well yes, I meant to the "Commons deletion notification bot" and agree also agree that it is out of the original wish scope, but I think it's might be very useful.
Aug 5 2019
MusikAnimal that is exactly what I meant. ''notify the template talk page''. And, yes not templates used in article, only the templates walk pages.
Aug 4 2019
Community-Tech bot. Because it is already dropping notification in articles talk pages.
yes "Commons deletion notification bot".
A. This is not bug report but suggestion to improvement.

I support this of course. My initial suggestion was:
Jul 26 2019
2 issues:
- After deletion of files that was used in featured pictures main page I'm suggesting to add Wikipedia:Featured pictures also to the notification pages. It is not less important.
Jul 22 2019
Also it will be great if the tool/bot can notify in the articles talk page about new version of files. It is very important especially regarding to maps.

Actually, speedy deletions in commons include No source, No permission, No license. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Speedy_deletion. But I'm not seeing that it's happening.
Also, I think it is agood idea to allow the local project to ask for moving the file to local project before deleting as the file might be qualify as faire use. for example file - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:משה_שאול_זילברמן_הרב_מווירשוב.jpg nominated for deletion. Proper notification hed placed in the local article - https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/שיחה:שאול_משה_זילברמן. It is a good idea to have an option to request in the DR to copy the file to local project if the file will delete

Aug 18 2018
Does the bot include "no permission" and "no source" tags?
Aug 4 2018
As a matter a fact allow to move between wikis might be also good idea. If en.wiki uploaded a logo it might be usefull also as a logo to othe wikis.

I think it's work now. seems that some issues improved. Thanks IKhitron, matmarex and matthiasmullie.

Sorry, I have no idea since when the problem appears.
קוד הוויקי שהזנת אינו מכיל תבנית רישוי תקינה = The wikitext you entered doesn't contain a valid license template.
IKhitron: I'm seeing uploads of User:Sokuya with PD-IsraelGov back to june 2016. May be it is better to ask him if this was the problem.
Same massage you have in English in the license not valid.
קוד הוויקי שהזנת אינו מכיל תבנית רישוי תקינה
I am not using the upload wizard for my self but saw users uploading files with PD-IsraelGov and wonderd why they are doing so. This was probabely the problem. At least month.
Just a note. It was ok before but was changed from unknown reason.

I dont know if you have done any changes but I noticed that it was working ok in Athens case but not for Berlin so I changed small changes in Berlin template so it is similar to Athens - her, and it's working. It's looks ok now...
Jul 27 2016
Templatek:Label in Commons (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Label) used by citys template like Template:Berlin or Template:Athens but when I try to see it in he.wiki for example (same also in other wikis) it can be seen in English only but the link is ok. For example Athens in he.wiki or Berlin in ar.wiki. Lool loike the format is <nowiki>[[:he:אתונה|Athens]]</nowiki> and not <nowiki>[[:he:אתונה|אתונה]]</nowiki>. See her.
