I'm sorry to say Meta UrlShortener is a disappointment and doesn't serve the purpose of the community well. It's developed by wikimedia and that's the only benefit over third party sites. For every link from aswikipedia and aswikisource the page has to be reloaded, otherwise it shows the previous shortened link. The old ShortUrl extension still used by some projects would have been far better.

Thank you. Yes, the project pages are accessible.
What should we do then?
@Urbanecm, I couldn't understand some technical points. However your comment "namespace called ৱিকিউৎস doesn't exist" is wrong. "ৱিকিউৎস" is "wikisource" namespace and so "ৱিকিউৎস:সমজুৱা পৃষ্ঠা" is the community page and it's not in main namespace. The correct project talk page is "ৱিকিউৎস বাৰ্তা:সমজুৱা পৃষ্ঠা", not "ৱিকিউ স বাৰ্তা:সমজুৱা পৃষ্ঠা" (with space in place of ৎ that is U+09CE).

A space was found in wgMetaNamespaceTalk for aswikisource (ৱিকিউ স বাৰ্তা:সমজুৱা পৃষ্ঠা). deleted the page, but now if I try to create that page with correct name it's not linking with the project page "ৱিকিউৎস:সমজুৱা পৃষ্ঠা". Recreating the deleted page again keeps the space. Both the pages are accessible.

@Jayprakash12345 I didn't. I reckoned he would be handling this kind of task. I've removed his name.
