I think there is still some issue present.
I run the following query:

select * where {
  wd:Q52839992 p:P5114 ?s . 
  ?s ?a ?b .
}

From wdqs2003 I get no results, but from wdqs2002 I get the expected results. Q52839992 was last updated ~48 hours ago.

Maybe have a snapshot of full Wikidata (just a snapshot, no item history), along with a volume that you can spin up (on AWS, google cloud) that you can use to test, play with etc.
