Monthly or yearly good for me too. But what might also be good (and require thought) is some measure that can be used to normalise the results. It may not be terribly helpful to say that there were (say) 120 hits on page X in the last 24 hours, unless there is sometime to compare that measure to - perhaps (a) the hits for the previous month, perhaps (b) the total number of page views on all pages of that wikipedia over the same time period. Of course, this may depend on the question, so there may not be an easy answer. FWIW something like (b) would be a useful measure for me. It's something that presumably could be calculated by hand, so this is perhaps more of convenience thing.

It's fantastic that this is almost done. Will this project also provide downloadable dump files, roughly equivalent to those at http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/pagecounts-ez/merged/ or will that url continue to be the main source of aggregated page view dumps?
