The local discussion only covers the namespace change (Google trans indicates), you should gain a community consensus for the approve of all your changes.

I think local discussion is essential for changing the logo of one site, though the logo is somehow clearly wrong.

@Anoop I'm not sure about what "tabs" means, would you please explain that?

Out of the community scale, I suggest waiting for a clear consensus.

One simple case on my mobile device, I turned off both "Responsive Mode" and "Limit width Mode" then set view desktop site in browser, the layout seems no change. When I click on "QuickEdit" button, the button somtimes pop onto where "TW" tab located (covered) at thus it caused that I either open the Twinkle tab or just no response and I need click on quickedit again to use it. Alright, I think it's not a bug. The page <title> tag is affected by the language set in user's preference -> Internationalisation. The conversion mode only changes the content variant but not <title>. I'm closing this task as there is no obvious sense to change <title> tag via the language converter.

I don't know if it should be posted here or a new task. But I found that at pages recently edited of main NS, the string under main title shows '出自Wikipedia' instead of '维基百科，自由的百科全书' now.
