I'm not really sure the consensus is reached or not there in local community as I don't really understand the language and there is no clear conclusion made by anyone, but I would suggest turning off $wgNewUserMessageOnAutoCreate[1] to address the problem raised.

The local discussion seems have no intention of it.

However, those comments are made before 10 years and the free licence of the font could be released within these years. As I said before I have no knowledge of Urdu font so I need your further clarification on the licence of "nastaleeq", would you provide us with any clue to display its free licence?

I'm going to set this task to declined again since current situation matches the reason provided by TheresNoTime.

I think a *clear* consensus, which agree this change, is necesary. You may have to wait more comments, if you see section 'Pamanjangan jabatan Salsa66syifa sabagai pambakal', it has 11 'hakun' w/o other comment, this is indeed a clear consensus.

However, anyone who consider it's okay is free to do this change, you can wait for other volunteer as well.
