If you are using the default docker images for their basic purpose then the default configs will work.
If you start doing anything more fancy then you'll need to add more settings, such as this one.

What is your wikibase repo conceptBaseUri setting set to?

The error as reported here should be transient and fix itself after a few seconds. If you are seeing this permanently, that would indicate that your database somehow got corrupted. A manual fix would be to set page_latest to an earlier revision that doesn't have the error.
