This should now be fixed; please have a look and let us know! It looks good in my spot checks.

Unfortunately we're not out of the woods yet. Attempts to view e-books still yield a "Wikimedia Foundation doesn't have access to this resource error."

This is resolved.

Nature is still not accessible.

I cleared cookies from oclc.org, nature.com, springernature.com, and wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org, and also tried to access in incognito mode (i.e. no cookies, by default), and the “Access Collection” link leads to a Nature page that is unauthenticated & paywalled in all instances. Clicking “log in” results in an error. Screenshots attached.

Could you give some examples of content which is still paywalled for you? A quick spot check shows that I'm able to access and download content:
