Actually, FlaggedRevs is a really good thing. You can't do everything with the filters. FR is not only for vandalism, It is useful for other purposes.

Indeed, we are currently somewhat reticent for new Flagged Revisions deployments.

We are also willing to support wikis to find better solution for problems like spam, vandalism or more generally non constructive edits.

The best way for that would be to ask the community what concrete problems they currently face.
