I can create the google group, what should the name be? We also need to have someone from the Foundation as the owner of the group and point person.

Both Doreen and Ellie do not know the password. So Doreen isn't able to remove her from the list.

Thank you for correcting me. I got the same request from Rachel Stallman to have Yana removed from this other legal alias: legal-reports@wikimedia.org

whoops, I meant I wouldn't mind moving these into being into google groups.

I wouldn't moving these over to being google groups, since most of the time people request this through to I.T.

Forgot to add what I received in the bounce back email:

I am not sure what the process is for off boarding a board member, so I'll
go and follow up with my team and Stephen about this. With wiki emails, I
normally just put an auto responder (if requested), and then delete the
email after 30 days.

Stephen wanted IT to disable the former board member's email accounts. I
found out that Sam had a wiki email alias for his personal email, so I
could not set an auto responder through my end. I was wondering if you can
just remove all of all of the wiki aliases that are connected to his
personal email.

OIT does not have access to adding people onto some mailing lists.
