Hi @Ejegg - I'm not certain what the 'solicitor level' is. This was a new error Rosie and I encountered when trying to link contacts via the relationships tab. I have not encountered this block anywhere else in Civi.

@Eileenmcnaughton I tried using the custom searches - proximity search function today (June 12). I was trying to find contacts in a group within 96 km of a central London post code. I was unable to complete the search (screenshot of error attached).

@Eileenmcnaughton I found a small issue with a few gifts that were included on the most recent Stripe import. There are two entries under the payment details section. The first line is the correct gift amount and original gift date. The second line is a negative gift amount (matching the original gift). I checked Stripe and it does not appear that any of the donors requested a refund.

@RLewis I haven't encountered this issue.

@Eileenmcnaughton @RLewis Trilogy is used for donations made via event emails. Stripe is used for events made during events (virtual and in-person). We do not use Square at events.

Here are some of the duplicate transaction ID #s: PAYPAL_EC 53X46252V65690053, PAYPAL_EC 2XJ90892100554744. This was our latest donation link. I have a spreadsheet with all of the PayPal transactions for our fall events. I can upload it to the server if that information is helpful.
