I did work on this 4 years ago but did not have any plans to do additional work (it was unclear what anyone still needed to be done). I'm happy to remove myself.

I added several pages into both categories. Not sure if it's complete, though, as they're not currently super find-able. haha, hence the point of doing this. Don't want to mark this as complete because there are surely tons of pages missing.
