It is unclear to me what is happening here since there are no notes? It says "resolved" and then it says moved to some other place? Can you please clarify?

I would like to add that I attempted to put a 10 digit ISBN in this new VE citation field and it did not do anything (seems like that would have been an obvious add to this tool?).

@Gnom1 I agree this is confusing but maybe not specifically for Germans, Austrians and Swiss. As an American, also familiar with legal documents this symbol is no less confusing in this context. This was a surprising/abrupt change with no explanation (and the delay on the tool tip pop-up did not help clarify the situation). Also strange that this was released the same time period as a bunch of new editor, Wikipedia Edit-a-thons - seems like this could be a PR issue.

This "anchor" symbol is confusing from a UI stand point, I had no idea what this feature was and honestly it looks like a bug/glitch. I like the concept but it is unreadable.
