Joriki reopened T373500: Some interlanguage links appear in lowercase in source edit as "Open".

Interesting; I wasn’t aware that this only shown together with the preview.

Yes, it happens on Wikipedia when I'm logged in. According to the generator meta tag, Wikipedia is using MediaWiki 1.37.0-wmf.7, and according to this page this was deployed on May 26, the day before I reported the issue, so it would already have been in use then.
