I modified the old API endpoint URL 'https://m2c.wikimedia.se/extract/' with the new URL 'https://m2c.wmcloud.org/extract/' in the url field of the $.ajax call within the getM2CSuggestions function in the participation-manager/machine-vision.js file.

The fix has been implemented and tested, the updated code has been deployed for review.
