@kostajh Looking at testwiki, I believe that all the feedback has been addressed in the improvements that were made to Special:Contributions and Special:IPContributions.

I agree that it's slightly confusing. I think we should be consistent with the title, and also clarify that they are logged out of the temporary account:

Thanks @Dreamy_Jazz! When I was testing 'worst case' scenarios for user links in the desktop design it didn't run over more than two lines, however this likely won't be the case on smaller screens. In my view we should be maximising desktop real estate where possible.

Thanks @Amdrel! I see what you mean about the spacing looking uneven but on balance I think it's fine, as we don't appear to have an alternative solution if we want to fix the grey background issue.
