Another donor using Apple Pay on the Wikipedia App has also experienced a duplicate donation, which apparently resulted from in-app messaging that the first attempt had not processed.

@jgleeson For the love of the Phab gods, I hope this is the very last ping from me on this because a donor has just possibly identified the source error and has even provided their exact donation link used, and the Inspect code behind the inoperable secure fields on Firefox in both written and image form (attached):

@jgleeson It it helps the Phab investigation and a replication attempt in any way, I've just had a donor provide an extraordinary level of detail via a screen recording. From the secure fields lock-out demonstration, to their phone settings, to their Firefox version, it is all in this 32 second clip created by the donor.

@jgleeson Donors are reporting the Microsoft Edge browser is also blocking input into the secure fields.

Confirming now, at 6am UTC same day, that this issue has resolved itself.
We have returned to the usual 4-6 minute interval between donation reach and receipt send.

Just to note, those 19 unique recurring transactions that successfully processed in May off their original April setup appear to now be failing in June. I am not sure if this was expected or not.

I'm not sure if this helps, but I just did a manual count through the transaction pages at Adyen of the Authentication Required refusal codes via Carte Bancaire cards and it was around 348 refusals over the last 48 hours.

Hi @TSkaff it is the same error message at Adyen as last week on Carte Bancaire cards: "A1 : Authentication Required", and only on Carte Bancaire cards.

The 3DS refusals are still happening on Carte Bancaire cards, I'm afraid. The refusals are everywhere on the front and weekend transaction pages of Adyen, and in calls for help from donors in the Zendesk queue.

I am not sure.
