@JVanderhoop-WMF & @mpopov looping you both in just so you are aware of some of our testing challenges. I don't think any immediate action is needed, but perhaps this is a challenge you have ideas on how to improve in the future? Or perhaps there should be Test Kitchen recommendations on how to check instrumentation before starting an experiment?

I tested on wuuwiki & mywiki and there are "Add a Link" suggestions available on the homepage. I don't think we need to test on all wikis, but I'll let Elena decide if more testing is needed before we resolve.

My understanding is that this fits into Growth's long-term roadmap under (T411817) but likely not into Growth's next focus (T409236).
But if we can find a time to squeeze this experiment in earlier, I would love to see that happen! I'll discuss with the Contributor Group PM.

@Neolexx No, this doesn't relate to problematic IPs. This task relates to all NEW accounts that are created that add an email address upon account creation.
