This is may be design issue, but this is relates with i18n topic. Title case mode is may be good in English, but not good for other languages. As example, in Russian this mode is not used, and seen as translate bug (Wikistats-general-12 month average etc):

Country names may be translated, this is common data, IMHO:

Wikistats-metrics-page-views-by-country-description - The dot character did not get inside the translatable message. This is an mistake because the end of sentence character is different in some writing systems.

If I understand correctly, here we are talking about displaying the description of the selected message group (if present) above the table with statistics. And this is only for direct use, not for embedded/includable.

Some addition for a related use case. We (WMRU) organize many competitions, conferences and other short-term and long-term projects aimed at specific audiences. At the same time, we are involved in global projects, and are faced with the need to perform and refine the translation of pages that are originally translated into hundreds of languages.

If this still not resolved, that replacing raw "listbox" to the combobox (with the editable search string and displaying search suggestions) would be useful.

@jhsoby , IMHO this is not good for some cases. Relevant URLs may be differents for various languages, and the differences may not even come down to replacing the language code. If the url is not masked with <tvar>, it does not always mean that it should remain unchanged. Rather, on the contrary.

In my opinion, this is obsolete task, and this issue currently is covered by "collapse all" function.
