I can see the protection link, but I apparently can reverse the protection on the page if I click to allow for it to be edited by everyone, instead of removing the protection through a specific link (I could have sworn we had a button there before to do this). I thought there was a button (and apparently there is not based on the link above), but I also confirmed that Twinkle does not allow for protection on Outreach, or a reversal of that action for that matter.

Sorry, I meant an update in the software somewhere along the line.

It is possible, as I think I have run into issues with Twinkle on here before. Regardless, it is odd that we are unable to do this easier, so I wonder if there was some office action in the past few months that broke this.
