i tried some random articles on enwiki to check this and i think this is not reproducible anymore. i only see Missing in ਪੰਜਾਬੀ text if the article doesn't exist on pawiki or the Punjabi language interwiki link (if article exists on pawiki) in the banner. Thanks.

so i think another way could be user B can mark that page as not proofread and then proofread that again(?) @Candalua

Getting the issue after a month again. I have been using mobile and laptop when i login to my laptop i got logout from my mobile and when i log in on my mobile and it caused logout from my laptop.

hi @Aklapper and @Bugreporter, i got this error while editing pages on pawikipedia, pawikisource and sawikipedia. sorry i have not screenshot of the full webpage with this error (will upload if i get this again).

@Aklapper they need a tool for as.wikiquote with some marking system. @-chanakyakdas could you explain what all other things do you want in the tool?

question: i set my global preference (special:globalpreferences) for color to automatic from meta. then i go to pawiki and enwiki and changed the color to light. i checked my global preferences on meta again and color setting is unchecked there and metawiki was in automatic mode. is it how global preference works or it should be like if i change color to light on one wiki and it should be light on all wikis.

Looking at search results for each on Punjabi Wikipedia, there are 0 pages containing the problematic character, and many containing the proposed one. So the replacement seems to be safe.

it could be helpful if this feature could cover newly created article and existing article without any category as well.
