Just "code review"ed this. Instrumentations spec didn't have a machine readable name for the experiment so I added what we have in the code base, which is donor-delight-badge.

Katie and I ran the script for Beta, as well as in production for items in Katie's ReadingList, and confirmed that it is working.

I had placed the pulsating dot as shown in this task's description, so I'll need to submit a new patch to update the placement.

Spike has been done. Awaiting further discussion to see if we will implement or look for other solutions.

Pausing for now as we wait on cross team discussion.
Will need to carry over to next sprint as it's been a challenge to get code review support.

I don't have the full historical context for MFE but I think collapsible headings were introduced as a usability improvement for sighted users on mobile. And that's why MFE is making changes that differ from desktop, bc the small screen makes collapsible headings useful to sighted users. But this change also breaks navigation and headings for non-sighted users.
I originally thought the same, that the button role was not needed and created a patch with that as the solution. However, after testing we saw that this caused a different bug. Assistive Technology, like screen readers, were unable to identify the collapsible heading as a button. Sections are collapsed by default so non sighted users would have content hidden to them without any way of knowing how to unhide it.
