Hi cscott and thanks for your answer. I didn't specify that my need is related to my wiki that it is not connected to Wikipedia or other Wikimedia projects. Some articles on my wiki are written by one author and I want to highlight his/her name on the top of the page; I would like to use the REVISIONUSER variable (or create another one, but I am not able, unfortunately), but then if another user edit also only one comma the name of author on the top of the page changes. I could do it manually without using any variable, but it doesn't seem very smart to me.
Bye!

Maybe it could be done using the parser function Revision user and the special page Permanentlink. Something like this:
{{REVISIONUSER:Special:Permanentlink/00000}}
Hello!
Any news about this? I am now having the need to recall just one user of the many who edited the page (usually the creator of the page) to indicate him/her as the main author of that page.
Thanks,
Lorenzo

UPDATE
After disabling PdfHandler, I succeeded to upload pdfs; enabling it again and all the thumbnails are correctly generated, so the issue is just during the upload process.

Hi,
I am having the same issue and I described it here. I tried everything related with folders permissions but nothing seems to work; and the issue is not related with SELinux or AppArmor as well, since I disabled them and the problem still occurs.

Hi,
I tried and at the beginning it seemed to work fine with MediaWiki:Common.css. But after a page refresh I noticed the same problem. If in proofread page there is a message that informs the user of the content model change, in this case no information is provided (and this is really bad in my opinion). However anyone can notice the content model change since the default MediaWiki:Common.css layout is missing.

I didn't try, I am sorry :(
It could be useful to include some Extension:Proofread_Page developers, couldn't be? The issue is related to the specific content model used by this extension
I tried with MassEditRegex 8.3.0 version and the issue still occurs.
For the sake of completeness, months ago I posted a related issue occured using Extension:Replace Text. The situation was the same: I wanted to add categories to pages in Page namespace. In this case the extension seemed to successfully complete the task, but instead it didn't do anything. Yaron Koren told me that 'Replace Text can only deal with pages that are defined as holding wikitext'.
You're welcome!

Hi everybody,
is there any chance to see this bug fixed? Me and more than 500 other wikis (according to wikiapiary) are using and counting on the functionality of this extension and this is not a minor bug! It is almost a year since the first bug report, please do something!
Thanks,
Lorenzo
